when me and my partner seperate am i entitled to half the house. we have been together for about 7yrs we are not married and we have a mortgage. do i also get to keep the car he bought me. he also has a mortgage on a flat am i entitled to any part of that. thanks.

The divorse is the simple bit of seperation..

Sorting out the finances is the hard part... get yourself a good divorse lawyer do can aid you in this situation...

from the sounds of it, yes you will be entilited to half of what he has, but he will be entitled to half your car...
