I have been married for 20 years-I have a child aged 23. He has over the last 2 years been seeing someone he met on a social networking site. he says they are only friends,but,he spent New Years with her,while I was away at my sisters. What am i entitled to in a divorce. I legally own half the house,but am I entitled to any of his pension and or any maintainence. He is 62 and I am 55.

    Yes, you are entitled to part of his pension/house/assets etc..

    Seek yourself a good lawyer, and trust me, you are better off without him...

    plenty of life lefr in you, so go and find someone else..
