im buying my wife out i have a mortgage of 110000 2 children 9 and 12 what is my wife entitled to .she works part time and i earn good money and have put everything into the house improvements etc and also have a brand new car

First of all you need to get yourself a good lawyer... and once you have done that, start of your proceedings...

Make sure you have evidence of all her purchases... this will help the courts decided what the costs will be for either side
