my partner has been seperated from his wife for 3 years but wont agree 2 a divorce does he have 2 wait for 5 years and is she intitiled 2 half his wages?

You can file for abandonment... but what i would do is get hold of a good lawyer... they can take you through the steps quickly and safely...

As long as there are no kids/or properity involved i cannot see a problem in him getting a divorse
